Born from personal experience, The Tutu Project™ was founded by Bob and Linda Carey after Linda was diagnosed with an aggressive form of breast cancer. This experience showed them the value of a support system and the importance of laughter.
Bob travels the world in his pink tutu taking selfportraits that continually put smiles on patients’ faces. The Tutu Project has inspired young and old, opening a dialogue on how to live with cancer.
The Tutu Project is dedicated to helping breast cancer patients and their families buy groceries, cover transportation costs to and from doctor appointments, and pay for utility bills and mortgages.
